Bought this for my grandson being that he was born preemie. He wore it the day he left the hospital and the nurses there had to take pictures of him before he left. That lil outfit was a hit. Thank you!

This is the perfect size as advertised for the preemie I purchased it for. It’s a little thin but I don’t think that’s a problem.

We wanted a true preemie sized outfit and this is perfect. Unexpected early baby arrival and this outfit will great. Not a very stretchy material and not as soft as I would've liked but overall very cute outfit. Heads up the hat seems a bit large for what I would expect a preemie could wear.

Purchased for my son who was 6lbs 3oz. Was a little snug on him but was a perfect photo opportunity for his graduation from the NICU!

Such a cute onesie. The NICU nurses and doctors loved seeing this on my little girl when she was coming home.

I absolutely loved this... However most babies in the NICU are very small and the smallest size arrived looking like it won't fit till he's about 9-12 months old. Just needs to be made in preemie/newborn sizes.
