I was missing 1 piece to my puzzle and contacted Heritage Puzzle directly. They replaced my puzzle free of charge, no questions asked even though I had bought it on Amazon more than a year ago. The puzzle was made from high quality cardboard. Would definitely buy Heritage Puzzle puzzles again.

Although pieces were sturdy, the right upper corner had several pieces that were “double struck”. This left lines in the pieces, therefore it was NOT suitable for framing!!!Another big problem, 1000 piece puzzle....one piece was missing! Price point was high for overall quality of how the puzzle was made. Sloppy from company Heritage Puzzle Inc.

Quality was good. As a person who is always assembling a puzzle to keep my mind busy, I will say that it was more of a challenge than most of the others I have assembled. Pieces were not “typical” shaped but that’s what made it an interesting one to do. Normally a week on others was two on this one, but it was really worth it. Nicely fitting in a frame for my office.

This puzzle is of great quality. The colors are vibrant! This makes an excellent gift!

Hahaa it seems trivial but the box it came in was super weak, super thin flimsy cardboard. That's all, it's a great relaxing beach scene, its a pretty tough one, and I love it!

I love the beach so this was a nice puzzle to put together. Very well made.
