It does have the best combination beaded on my needs.Many pick a lesser option to combine more and this is not the case

It is difficult to know what is good and what is worthless in the world of vitamins and supplements. A naturopathic physician I was seeing recommended Euromedica as a brand, particularly their Melatonin. After a couple of years of taking their Melatonin, I decided to try the multivitamins. I could genuinely feel a difference between these and the vitamins I’d been taking previously. My one complaint is that the pills are absurdly large. I have a narrow esophagus due to previous surgery. It takes a total psyche-up process, a lot of concentration, and plenty of water for me to choke these down each day. Haven’t reported to breaking out the mortar and pestle just yet, but that may be in my future.

I like this item, as it works well for my daily multivitamin and was recommended to me by my doctor.

The title says that these are, “Easy to Swallow,” but they’re a bit big to put into that category! The coating helps, but I could barely get them down. :-(. If you can swallow them, though, these have an excellent list of vitamins and minerals. It’s definitely worth checking them out.Five stars because of the ingredients, less one star because of their size. (I’m not sure that it’s possible to make a smaller pill with this ingredient list.)

Buenas multivitaminas

This vitamin was highly recommended by a dietician. Unfortunately, they are EXTREMELY hard to swallow (large and odd shaped) AND they taste horrible! I now break them in half to make it a little easier, but it only helps a little and last night one half got stuck in my throat! AND the recommended dose is 2 a day!! I'll finish this bottle and start looking for a replacement.

These multivitamins have a good profile, with many different essential vitamins and minerals. The capsules are larger and would be difficult for someone who struggles with taking large pills. However, the pills are coated, and the coating has no aftertaste, which makes them go down easier. Unfortunately, after taking for about four days, I have not noticed any benefits or improved strength.

Exactly as advertised and just what I needed.
