This stuff is fabulous. It's an immune system builder.I used to have horrible spring allergies and once had my blood tested in the spring. They tested my white blood cell count and it was way off. I was sent to an oncologist who re-tested me and said I probably had an auto-immune disease and to come back next week for further testing.I scheduled an appointment with my live blood morphologist. I didn't tell her any of this. She also said my white count was way off. She said to take Ellagic Acid twice a day (I can't remember the dosage, but it was several at a time) for a week. Next week when I went back to the oncologist, he said my white count was nomal. I didn't tell him about the Ellagic Acid--I find traditional doctors don't know anything about supplements--but asked him if there were any possible explanation about what had happened to my immune system. He asked if I take allergy shots? I said yes. He said they can lower the immune system.As it turns out, I discovered staying with an alkaline diet takes care of the allergy problems. But I still stay with a maintenance dose of Ellagic every day. And I am almost never sick.

I take this and a number of other supplements ( COQ10, multivitamin, extra D3 and magnesium ) instead of relying on the medical and drug "INDUSTRIES".

I was taking another unnamed brand stating 500 mg ellagic but the ellagictins were only 10 mg and wasn't getting the results I expected. Decided to give this a try and am happier with the results. Excellent value.
