I just can't say enough good things about this product. My skin has become dry and itchy as I have got older (73 now), not with any specific condition, just more sensitive and with annoying bumpy patches. I have been using this product for some time and nothing comes close to providing daily relief, not even the well known slightly cheaper alternative (E45). It has even proven to be better than the prescription brands offered by my doc in the past. The best thing ever is the option of the economy sized pump packaging, so easy to use and amazing value. Applied after a shower in the morning, it quickly gets absorbed, leaves no residue and no discernaible scent. It is still doing its stuff until bedtime. I have been tempted on occasions to try other brands but always come back to this. Highly recommended.

AMAZING!I have bought a few this time as the price was reduced alot!. Bought one to send off to one of our oldest sons as it reliefs a rash that he gets.I have one for use to use as a moisturiser as it is gentle on our skins and the cream is quite thick which makes the quality of coverage great.Great for moisturising

I was surprised to see the results! My skin has gotten an outstanding amount softer, the only thing that my skin has done is the pigmentation but my dry skin was awful, when I’d bend my knuckles or scratch a lot it would crack and bleed but now it is so moisturised. Obviously it is subjective but I would recommend trying as it’s pretty much a perfectitem.The photos - first is about a week ago, second ones are current. The skin is way less dry, I haven’t even applied it in the second photos that’s just upon waking up! :)

Since using this I haven't had any flare ups and my skins improved alot, it's quite expensive but the results speak for themselves Skin care:Really has helped my skin

GAME CHANGER!!!Within less than 3 applications the reoccurring skin complaint I have on my face cleared up completely.I'm now using this daily to prevent flare up and my skin has never felt smoother.While others have mentioned a slightly oily residue being left over I found that taking the time to gently rub it in the oily feel goes quickly enough. But to be honest I'll take a slightly oily residue over a face that looks and feels like it has 3rd degree burns any day.Honestly couldn't recommend this product more. So much so I've actually written a review, which I RARELY do.

This cream is the best , i hardly review skin products but i couldn't resist this very one because is the best of the best for dry skin

As others have mentioned in their reviews, I find that this cream is very oily (even after rubbing it in). Turns from a cream into a gel-like formula, which doesn't seem to absorb into my dry skin straight away.

I have suffered with seborrheic dermatitis on my face for several years now. Generally it has been managed with steroid creams and antibiotic creams etc but usually after a few weeks of stopping them it gets bad again. It's been ok for a few months but then I had a bad flare up recently and decided to give this a try.I am finding it much better than traditional emollients as it is not very thick and seems to absorb quite well. Within a few hours of using it my flare up went right down and my skin was almost perfectly clear. For a while I used it 3 times a day, using a very thin amount spread over the problem area. Now I just use it before I go to bed so it has time to soak in.My only negative is that it does leave your skin a bit greasy, but a gentle wash of water after letting it soak in can help with this. I am hopeful I have finally found a product that actually works! My skin has never looked better
