Good quality socks that are very comfortable. The quarter length are great for just pulling on quick and are very comfortable with trainers. One of the rating groups was for hiking - these are not good for hiking. They are mostly cotton, so won't dry out fast. If you are going hiking get some good quality merino wool socks. The Dickies socks are great for everyday use and are pretty good value at this price. They will eventually wear out (probably in the back of the heel), but they usually last quite a long time.
