For me, this is perfect. Not too sweet, not too hot. I used it on homemade breaded chicken cutlets...it was delicious!! Crunchy panko coated chicken, fried just right, sprinkled with a little sea salt, then drizzled with hot honey....the perfect bite, and bite, and bite!!!

I am trying to make healthy changes to our diet which includes removing all seed oils. With that in mind, I have eliminated all bottled salad dressings, leading me on a search for healthy alternatives. I have found a little touch of honey added to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, along with various vinegars, lime juice, spices etc. makes a wonderful homemade salad or coleslaw dressing. The extra kick of red peppers is great for Mexican inspired dishes. I would like it even more if it were a bit hotter. I gave it a 4 star because of the price.

i LOVE IT. WHEN I ORDERED IT I WAS WORRIED THAT IT MIGHT BE TOO HOT FOR ME. BUT IT IS PERFECT, SOMETIMES I HAVE DIGESTION PROBLEMS (I AM 89) FROM REALLY SPICY FOODS, THIS IS A MILD HEAT AND THE MOST INTERESTING THING I HAVE NOTICED AT FIRST TASTE YOU TASTE THE HONEY BUT THE AFTERTASTE ABOUT A SECOND LATER IS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE USED IT MANY WAYS ON VEGETABLES AND MEATS , IN MAYO TO GIVE IT A WOW TASTE. I COULD GO ON FOREVER AT THE THINGS I HAVE TRIED IT ON. TRY PEANUT BUTTER AND THIS HONEY. YUM

This product is SO good! It’s sweet and a little spicy but not too spicy. It has a lil heat but not so much that you can’t enjoy it on your food. I like to add heat but not to the point that I can’t taste what I’m eating. This product does that; it enhances the food instead of overpowering it. Which is what you want, right?
