Sense and Sensibility (Flame Tree Collectable Classics)

On the whole I do like these little books, and I'll finish off my Austen Collection in this range eventually, as my Collectors Library copies are a little scruffy now.As we can see they are elegant pretty copies, hardbacked, pretty inside, with a ribbon marker and an extensive dictionary of words which apply to those times (plus Dickens novels, also in the range). The pages are edged with gold, and of a decent weight, no problems turning pages here!Currently the range is selling for approx. £7 each here on Amazon, a good price if you are doing a little early Christmas shopping.On the other hand they are not illustrated at all, and the print could be a little darker and a little larger, for comfort sake.As the title says they are spookily familiar in that they are the same size as the popular Collectors Library series (without the illustrations) comfortably hand sized and easily portable, too.It's up to the individual - whether it's your first buy, or you'd like a change from your current copies. The stories stay as enjoyable as always!

This book is entirely too charming! I need to collect the whole set.

The book is smaller than a normal sized book but I received it in great condition! It comes with a pink ribbon as a marker and tiny gold accents along the book! Would recommend

This is a lovely little book, smaller than the usual paperback. The print is small and it's too light for me to read. This is too bad since I was looking forward to trying to read this book and not just put it as a decoration on a shelf

I didn't like the size.
