I saw a U Tube video on FBook awhile back about Gwen Stephonie on the Ellen Degenourous show where Ellen had asked her about Blake Shelton how he lost so much weight so quickly, Gwen slipped and told Ellen it was Forskolin because his weight loss happened so quickly she thought he was taking something illegally, Ellen was under the impression that Blake might not wanted the world to know. I did some more research on the product found out that John Goodman had lost over 100#s taking this product in a short amount of time, so I thought WTH? I might as well try it, I am so glad I did! I have been on it for a week & have dropped 10#s, I really haven't been eating or drinking anything differentlyso I am here to tell you it works! I hope to get back on the treadmill once my schedule slows down a little I know the fat will fall off faster.Thank you for you instructions they helped.

My husband and I started taking the Forskolin extract on March 21. He haslost 6.9 lbs and I have lost 6.4 lbs. We are eating a healthy no fat, nosugar diet and exercising. After about 2 weeks of using Forskolin extract, i lost about 7Ibs. I also exercise 5 days a week for about 30-40 mins each day.I had pants that didn't fit but now fit okay. My tummy has gone in, iv noticed the difference. I also have a reduced appetite.I had a baby 5 months ago and ended up with diastasis recti with made me have a big tummy. I also gained some weight. After I stopped breast feeding, i decided to add a supplement to my exercise and chose forsook in because of the reviews.I hope it keeps working...

We have noticed the difference in our appetite, we have lost 5 to 10lbs, my wife has lost 10 and myself 5. We didn't notice a difference until trying on some of the clothes that we could not wear because of the weight gained. We will continue to use to see what the results are at the end of the first bottle.

I am loving this product. In only a week I have noticed my appetite has changed. I am drinking more water and craving healthier and lighter foods. I cannot finish a full meal and never feel hungry. This is the second time that I have order forskolin and I love the results. Slowly the weigh is coming off, I do some exercising and some walking. Forskolin is good product to use when faced with weigh problems and it's not chemicals.
