Looks Nice, Works As Advertised
The product has a great aesthetic and functions nicely. I would recommend using the drip catch that is included. Is a powerful misting spray.

Good product
Great product. Easy to set up. Surprised that it did not come with initial supply of sanitizer

Not worth the money
I gave it a two star rating bc when I added liquid sanitizer it leaked. The sensor also doesn’t notice when I put my hands in it to dispense the sanitizer. It also took 2-3 months for it to be delivered.

The Worse!
This product does not work! After a few uses, when you swipe your hand, nothing happens. If I could give it no stars, I would.

perfect for home use (not just commercial use)
The media could not be loaded. Although this automatic hand sanitizer dispenser was originally designed for commercial use. I have found it super handy for our home. During COVID season you can never be too safe. We plan on mounting this either near the front door or back door. (Haven’t decided which door has the most traffic yet.)Price point wise, this is a bit up there. I would think of it more of as an investment though. Because on the long term, the amount of money you save from having to buy bottles and bottles of hand sanitizers gel it does pay for itself after a year (if not less) of use.Set up was fairly easy. Just need 4x AA batteries to power up this baby up. And pouring the alcohol liquid into the container was easy and mess free.To turn on, there’s a (waterproof) button you slide up. 2 modes you can choose from. Once button turned on it will flash a red and green light.Lastly there’s a plastic key that comes with this you can use to unlock or open and close the thing.Overall, I would recommend this product. For both home and commercial usage.

it works but could use better installation instruction
The installation of this is pretty self explanatory except for the bottom holder thing. There is no instructions for that. Since it is glued on only, it's hard to fix it if you install it wrong. The spray is kind of wide so it does get on other surfaces, unless you have big hands. Filling the bottle inside is very easy too. I like that it can be operated using batteries or plugged in but it doesn't come with a cord. Would be nice to have a cord, especially since that's an option of powering it.

Expensive but Very Nice-Looking Touchless Sanitizer
As of now, it is 1 of the expensive hands-free sanitizers out there. But the quality is excellent, the sanitizer is sprayed as a fine mist that spreads evenly. In the long run, it will end up saving on the cost of sanitizer. In this day and age of coronavirus pandemic, you definitely want a hands-free sanitizer in the public places.

Doesn't work more often
First week of use it was awesome. But then after, everything somebody wants to use it doesn't work all the time. I need to rub the sensors just for it to work which pretty annoying for a automatic dispensing machine. I ended up purchasing manual sanitizer dispenser.

Workability
Purchased it couple months ago and it stopped working, I tried everything by checking batteries, pouring hot water in the container, moving nozzle around to see if it will work, but nothing, it will not spray.Please send a replacement, I just purchased in November.Your fast response is greatly appreciated.

More form than function
These matched our stands perfectly. However, their sensors are not as good as other brands we have, sometimes it take 2-3 waves of your hand to activate. Some don't work at all.

worked fined for 3 months an then added new batteries and nothing..... into the trash for this one
