Bought this product for two reasons. First my cat had started waking me to feed her in the morning. Nothing like a cat crying at 5 am on a Saturday. Secondly, we were going out of town for only 4 nights and thought it would be nice to not need a cat sitter. This little gadget has made my life so much nicer. It feeds my old fat girl at 5 am and now when I get up I am not being screamed at by my cat as I try and stumble to the coffee pot. My cat was getting so hangry she would scarf her food and then promptly vomit...so this has allowed me to feed her a half amount at 5 am and half at 7 am. i feed her at noon and again at 6 pm. It is amazing how my cat is much less annoying. She used to see me as the source of food and just cried whenever I walked in the room. Now she just cries around 5:45 pm I just count the moments until she will be fed. I have noticed there is food left in her bowl now, where she used to scarf it all down. I think she has food security now! It was hard to figure out dosing. I ended up guessing at 3 servings for my cat and then putting the measuring cup up to the chute when it dumped food and seeing how much came out. 3-4 servings 3 times a day seems about right for my ol chunky girl. The only downside, it does not alert when it's out of food/low on food. So I need to remember to fill it once a week. so far this has been an amazing invention. I do not know about cleaning the inside where the food is, may be hard but the bowl is removable and looks easy to clean. I have not cleaned it as of yet. Wonderful invention.

We are going on vacation and I wanted an easy to use, small automatic feeder for my cat. My son picked this model because it looked like a robot and I am happy he did. It was inexpensive, it is easy to set up and works perfectly. You can record a message for your pet so it knows it is a meal time. My cat loves it. When he hears the recording, he runs to the feeder. I definitely would recommend it.

We really like this feeder. It has worked fine for us since June 2022. My cats do tip it over and it opens easily but we’ve found a way around that. We’re just happy this works the way it’s supposed to

This really worked well for and lasted about 2 years before it stopped spinning and providing food. I’m buying another one. I’m very happy with it.

Went for the cheapest food dispenser I could find and this one works perfectly! Holds a good amount of kibble, easy to set up, and has four mealtimes you can program. Glad I didn't pay twice as much for another machine that would do the same thing!UPDATE A YEAR LATER- I ended up buying two of these for two of my cats- on the original one, the “head” of the feeder snapped so now I have to be very gentle handling it otherwise kibble goes spilling out everywhere- THE TIME KEEPS CHANGING. I don’t know how it does it but it’s constantly losing minutes and going off at different timesOverall, these are mostly junk now cuz of the time change. This lapse has allowed my kitten to run around and bully his brothers out of their food.Recommend buying a Bluetooth feeder instead if worried about timing accuracy.

We had our feeder for two years and it worked great, but one day it stopped releasing food even though I heard the motor working. I opened the feeder and found this little black belt had snapped and so the gears were no longer rotating properly, causing the food to stall instead of release. I reached out to the sellers for a replacement belt and the item is no longer being sold, so they suggested I return it to Amazon for a refund (which I can’t, because it is several years old). When looking at the other reviews of this product, it seems a lot of people are having trouble with small parts breaking or wearing down. I will be cautious to order from this company again when I purchase a new feeder.

We've had this for 10 months & love it! Cats get a 6:30 a.m. feeding without having to wake me up & a smaller snack around noon. Recently it stopped working ... messaged the seller & got a quick response. They gave several suggestions & when those didn't work they replaced ir under warranty.Customer service is EVERTHING & myself & my cats will continue to recommend this feeder.Fyi, yes my cats eat both dry & wet food. So the feeder is for days & I "manuall" feed them canned food in the evening. :)

Boy oh boy is this a life saver! Got this right before I left out of town for a few days and as many cat owners can tell ya, you can't leave bottomless feeders out. I tested it out for a couple of days beforehand, made sure I put some batteries in it just in case of a power outage, and played with the settings. One cool little feature that I loved (mostly because it confused my cats) is the voice record. You can record whatever and it'll play when they get fed. Assembly was super easy and the instructions that can with it explain how to use all the buttons, it's not as hard or confusing as it looks! The steel bowl comes out pretty easily for cleaning as well. I'm super happy with this purchase and honestly use it for regular feeds now.
