DYKEMBrite-Mark Paint Markers, Medium Bullet Tip, Blue

I use this to mark engine parts, oil filters, and valve faces to check valve seats.

Dykem makes the best paint pens! This is to replace the last one I bought 20 years ago ( you read that right) that still works but finally ran out of paint.

Very easy to use, makes good permanent marks. I used it to mark the alignment of my steering column when I was changing out the rack. The paint dries pretty quickly, it's smudgeproof in about 2 minutes. The blue is a little bit darker than I would have liked though, it's not a deal breaker but when marking a black surface it's not the most visible mark.

I recommend this item to anyone seeking a (mostly) permanent marker. When used on surfaces like metals and plastics, the ink can be removed with isopropyl alcohol. The ink color matches the cap color almost exactly and therefore is difficult to read on darker materials. Best used on lighter color materials.

U.S.P.S. Lost first one ( as usual ) and delivered an empty envelope. I made the company aware of it and within a couple of days had a new one , no questions asked.👍 I was very impressed . I own several different colors of the markers and they are GREAT for quick easy identification for dozens of things. Like for those of us with aging eyes a white dot on one side of my phone charger cord saves me trying to plug it in the wrong way . 😠

Works great, looks the same as what I saw in the military for the armory numbers. Great for guys who clone ARs.

Bought 3 orders of the marker after reading that theirs 12 markers in a pack so instead of getting 36 like I was hoping for only got 3 markers for 25 dollars. I'm sorry but 3 markers shouldn't cost 25 dollars. Very disappointed.

If you look at my purchases I bought several of these and several colors !! I have been using these at work for years ...they are not markers which fade over time. They are paint pens and you can write/ print letters numbers etc. For marking about anything you would want to permanently identify without engraving. Great for school projects, hobbies or put your pets name on their food and water bowls.

Although this marker stinks (a lot), it is extremely useful. I like that is not messy, like the can version of Dykem. Make sure to use with adequate ventilation. Better product than I thought it was
