it helps you to relax, when you are hyped up. like , before an airplane ride, before a big test, before your drives licence exam, some trama or tragedy incent. my daughter used it her drivers licence test, took a few drop s more than prescribed and made her too relaxed. she had to retake test. I have seen it work on relaxing many people, young and old when over hyped. (panic attack)

I have a lot of anxiety before I fall asleep that keeps me up at night and these drops really help me go to sleep. I was weary at first but both my girlfriend and I swear they work. They do have a strong alcohol taste but that does not bother me

tried individual drops and was unable to sustain any positive side effects. increased to 1-2 full droppers early in the morning and results in a balanced day. wish they shipped quicker but their formula is working so no real complaints, order well before you are out. bach: please do not change other than perhaps a more concentrated option requiring less per dose.

It actually does what the makers say it will do. Drops my anxiety, “inside “jitters, wired feeling, high stress, without feeling sleepy. Not habit forming by any means which is reassuring. At some point after use I realize a calmness, very subtle. I will reorder .

I’ve been waking up with headaches and have been having weird dreams since taking this. I do sleep though.

Not sure whether it worked as couldn’t really tell any difference. The product is carried in an alcohol base, which I could taste, and wasn’t fond of. I experienced no side effects.

Does what it says it does, good stuff, reduces my anxiety as and when I need it. Does not clash with my medications, which is priceless. And because it helps with anxiety it helps with being able to fall asleep too.
