Is it impractical to have multiple pencils in the same slot? Like if the case is on a tilt, do the others fall out when using one from that slot?

The elastic is very snug when new. I've never set my case on edge as shown in the picture, but I've picked it up while open and nothing shifts. I don't know if the elastic will wear over time. The only way to get the case to hold the number of pencils listed is to put four in each slot. That's way too tight for me, and I struggled to get the pencils out. I have three pencils in each slot. I could only comfortably put two markers in each slot.

Can i remove the pencil slot sheets per say ?

NO the pages are NOt removable and you should not remove them from the case unless you want to destroy the functionality of the product. There are cases which have removable storage sleeves and if that is something you need I would strongly suggest you purchase that style of case in the first instance.

Does anyone use this case to hold their lipsense n shadowsense makeup?

No, but if theyre the same size as anything from a colored pencil to a jumbo sharpie then theyll fit fine without slipping

Could this hold acrylic paint tubes & brushes?

each slot can only hold 2 prismacolor premier pencils, maybe 3 pencils of the thinner brands. I don't know how big acrylic paint tubes are, but they would have to be small. Brushes would fit as long as they are about the length of a pencil.
