CocoPull - Organic Oil Pulling 14 Packets/Sachets with Coconut and Peppermint Oil for Healthy Teeth, Gums, Bad Breath Remedy. Natural Teeth Whitening.

First of all- prepare yourself for the taste. It took me a good five days to NOT gag keeping this oil in my mouth for 5+ minutes. I feel an extreme sense of accomplishment that I was able to do up to 20 minutes. You will want to do this in the AM (I did it in the shower) so that if you must spit out the product- there's the drain. (Not recommended to spit in the drain though- it may clog your drains- dump in the trash after use) My teeth felt, cleaner, my breath was fresh and after 14 days m teeth appeared somewhat whiter. Of course, you would have to do this on a semi-regular basis, but I don't mind because I read there may be several health benefits to doing so (perhaps help with cavities, etc.) So this is not purely for making your teeth white. It's not expensive, but you don't need this particular product, any good organic extra virgin or virgin coconut oil will do. To use: hold in mouth, swish back and forth, don't gag, don't laugh, spit out when you've had enough. Prepare for some gross stuff to come out of your mouth. Overall I love this product.

I tried this and I absolutely love it for fresh breath! I have chronic halitosis (my poor husband has suffered...he’s a trooper). My dental hygiene is great. I have 0 cavities, my gums are healthy, and I see the dentist every 6 months faithfully. I brush 3x/day, floss after every meal and at bedtime, use Therabreath toothpaste and mouthwash, and use a tongue scraper. My breath would only last an hour or so before it was bad again after all of that! My husband would let me know. Recently, I started drinking 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 8oz of water every morning and I figured I’d try this oil pulling. I oil pull for 10 minutes morning and night. Game changer! I was recently talking to my husband a couple hours after oil pulling with this product and he said “what is that smell? is that your breath? It smells amazing!” So yea, I’ll be a lifelong user of this product. Haven’t noticed that my teeth are any whiter though, perhaps more time is needed.

Good quality product

I used Cocopull for 1 month and although it is difficult to say for sure, I thought I had a lot more energy than usual. I even attended a wedding and partied a lot harder than I had in years. My back hurt less and my teeth seem whiter. But one thing happened that I never expected. For as long as I can remember my tonsils have always seemed enlarged... well, to me they seemed normal, until just a few days ago I was checking them in the mirror and I thought my tonsils had disappeared. Now I'm beginning to think that for 40+ years I have had recurring tonsil inflamation and because of oil pulling my tonsils have shrunk. Over the years I have had regular sore throats and even tonsil stones and now it's as if I don't have tonsils. Bizarre! I'll keep using cocopull until I find a cheaper solution, but the individual packets sure are convenient, and I love the peppermint flavor.

These are ok for oil pulling but they don’t compare to keeko. They are pretty much the same price. I will get the keeko going forward. I see a noticeable whitening difference with the keeko and my gums a healthy pink. I have not had the same effects with these.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I've been looking for a natural product to whiten my teeth. Since I drink coffee, my teeth aren't as white as I want. I've used bleaching products in the past, but I knew they weren't healthy. Plus, the bleach damages tooth enamel.I found this product and am totally impressed. Not only does it whiten, it also purifies. I had a tooth that was a little sensitive and now it's totally fine.I'll be buying this again.I'd like to update this review. I've been using CocoPull for several months now and can tell a big difference. Just recently, I purchased some for both of my sons and they love it! One of my sons has very sensitive teeth and cannot use any type of whitening. He is very happy with this product and his teeth are getting whiter.

I love this product! It super convenient and easy to use. It has a light great taste. I was able to use for 20 minutes after just a few times. Your mouth feels very clean after using.

When oil pulling the coconut oil can inadvertently can leak down your throat. Sometimes it’s hard to avoid. Adding peppermint oil to pulling is stupid and will fry your esophagus. This happened to me and I’m still recovering 3 weeks later. I threw my box away. Why can’t someone just make it with coconut oil only. Im so mad I used this product. I’ve pulled for 25 years and never once had an issue.
