Can Not Use For App Storage on Galaxy S5

I bought this product as a way to supplement my internal storage for apps on my Samsung Galaxy S5. While the product works as advertised, it is not possible to set apps to default to the SD card storage, nor can I move them from internal storage. If buying a Samsung Galaxy be warned that you will have to rely on internal storage only to support the number of apps you use. I attempted to find instructions or troubleshooting for this online, and none of the multitudes that I found actually work.
