Exactly what I’m looking for. Tip: Use Pro grade permanent black marker that writes on slick oily surfaces, because the sign material is made of slippery plastic the pro marker stays put longer. I had to rewrite over several times with a regular permanent marker as the ink lightens considerably after one day in the sun. This is a great product for the price. Difficult to find “yard” sale signs vs Garage sale signs that seem to dominate stores and internet purchase options. One of the largest premade H frame signs you can buy and worth it to drive volume to your yard sale. A must

I was doubting whether I should spend $40 on something I could make myself. But these signs were worth every penny in the time they saved me in not having to track down the materials (twice). I put the signs up the night before even though there was going to be some wind and rain. Thankfully they withstood the weather! I read a couple of good tips in other reviews: #1 - Secure the bottom of the sign to the wire with a bit of tape. This will keep it from dislodging or blowing off if you have any wind. #2 - Use the largest black permanent marker you can find. A great investment for your yard sale!!!

Had neighborhood yard sale and all ten of these were used at the end of the road, entrance to the sub division, at two at each house that participated. Very easy to see. They are not rigid but if you make sure the metal legs are pushed out, the sign doesn't fold. Well worth it.

These signs are large enough to see at a distance and are easy to use and set up. Since the stakes are smooth and small, they go easily into the ground so that they stay up. The only downfall to these signs are the plastic just pulls over the signs, therefore on a windy day, the plastic will fly off the top of the signs if not adjusted properly. Stapling the plastic, also only rips the plastic as it gets windy. However, if you have some double-sided tape, you can tape the insides at the top corners and bottom and it will fix the issue. Overall, I would still recommend and buy these signs anytime I have a sale.

I was happy that these signs are large enough to be seen from the busy road. Also, easy to put in the ground. They can be used multiple time with different addressed which is also nice for community yard sales.

I didn't realize the size stated includes the stake. It's 32" high with the stake, and the sign is 22" x 16". The sign itself is flexible, so it won't last forever... but these are perfect for the price, so if one or two get stolen on yard sale day, it's not that big of a deal.

Perfect.... Well priced and good quality. Packaging is perfect; the box they arrived in can be used for storage. These signs can be re-used again and again. I purchased them for bi-annual Yad Sales we have for fund raising for a charity organization that I volunteer with.

Excellent. The sign are a plastic vinyl material but they held up for 2 days with no issue. I boxed them up to use for our next yard sale. Good deal.
