Replaced really, really old outlets in remodeled kitchen and bath. Black may seem odd for a kitchen, but looks really good with a natural stone shades of gray backsplash, and in the vanity area with black fixtures. Very happy with purchase.

A fraction of the cost from the big box stores. Easy to install. Great value for the money.

The claim that these are easy to install seems to be a lie. The side posts for the black and white wires are inset into the plastic housing making it very difficult to get a 12 AWG wire in there. It took almost ten minutes to get one wire in place, involving every tool I had at hand. Tools slipped under the pressure resulting in much frustration, cussing, scratched hands and a scratched freshly painted wall. Now it is in and I'm not a fan of the LED that never turns off.I would say, if you have any other option for a black GFCI outlet, take it.

No dislikes it is a top quality socket for a great price.

Looks great and merges very well with our black backsplash.They were easy to install and work really well and are true to colour.Make sure the wall socket to put the outlet is deep enough to accommodate a GFCI outlet. We had purchased 3 of these and and had to return one because of the size of our wall socket, and purchased a non GFCI outlet.And that's when I realized there are very few brands out there who provide the wall plate alongwith the outlet. So these ELECTECK sockets turned out pretty cost efficient.Go for it if even you are looking for 20A GFCI sockets.
