I told my wife ...I knew when I ordered this it would not work …...But when I picked the box to return it....I noticed a foam box in the bottom …. YEA! .. it was the SOLAR part....I PUT IT ON ...it works great..we love it.

I wish I could give this product 4.5 stars (or even 5 stars if it would get as much attention for the slight detractors it has) because it really is a great product and great value for the price.The 7.5' umbrella is a great size on our smaller size patio and the green color is lovely and feels true to what we saw in the pictures. The angle feature works easily and feels sturdy as it latches into place when straight upright or tilted in either direction. We haven't had much wind in our area since having it so I don't know about how well it stands up to that yet.We're very picky about the tone of light in our home (prefer warm light to white light) and were concerned about the LED lights being too blue, but they turned out to be perfect. They illuminate everything in a soft and even blue glow that feels more like moon or starlight than your typical bright and harsh LED blue light. Pictures attached for brightness reference.The crank function to open and close the umbrella works well but is the only reason I did detract 1 star. When opening the umbrella, the rope which moves the umbrella support catches slightly on the button which tilts the umbrella. Only a slight annoyance and easily fixed once we figured it out. When closing the umbrella though, the rope seems to have been coiling back on itself (inside of the umbrella shaft) if we don't help to move the support down by hand as we continue to crank the umbrella down. Again, only a slight annoyance once we figured it out but it stands worth mentioning for anyone shopping for a new umbrella (and hopefully save some confusion and having to figure it out on your own for anyone who does choose this umbrella). It would also be nice if it came with a cover for storage, but I'm sure we can find something that will fit/work for it.I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this umbrella. I assembled it with three clicks, and now my humble urban balcony is a delightful tiki jungle resort. The umbrella is incredibly sturdy (I didn’t buy a stand for it, btw; I just stuck it through the hole in my patio table into a planter pot) and looks just as good as, if not better than, umbrellas folks pay hundreds for. The color (I got the burgundy) is bold and true to the photo. And the solar lights are long-lasting and impressively bright. Super easy and sturdy crank. Durable velcro closure with just one wrap-around. And the stand TILTS!Props, also, to the reviewer here who noted that the solar mechanism is packed in the bottom of the box. That probably saved me a good 10 minutes of puzzling.Absolutely 1000000% recommend this product. It’s not just good for the price—it’s worth every penny I paid and more.

High quality product. Umbrella material is quite nice and feels very durable. We are so glad we ordered it with the solar lights. It will be great to use in the Spring, Summer, and Fall

Umbrella seems solid, Lights work well but they aren’t bright. More for decoration or to add to other lighting. They also only work off of a switch, there is no auto setting for them to come in after dark. I have a few of the same brand non lighted umbrellas already and the quality is good so far for the price paid. Overall I’m happy with these so far. True test is how they’ll hold up in the Arizona Sun.

We love this umbrella! We bought this for our patio dinette, and another larger one from the same company, because we wanted to make sure that they matched. Both umbrellas are perfect, and look so great together. The deep green is very nice with our tan patio furniture. The umbrella is very easy to put up and down, and I love that it tilts in whatever direction I need it to. The lights are really cool too.

Just received this umbrella and installed it in a matter of minutes. Solar panel worked great and the lights came on without any issue. An easy on/off toggle switch makes illumination easy! Great find and price point!

I got this umbrella in red and was not disappointed. The color is wonderful and the material feels substantial, thick. I have never known a fabric that did not fade with time; I noticed years ago I even had books that had lived in a sunroom that had faded from years of sun exposure. Bummer. So I'm thinking I'll buy a fabric protector and spray it once the weather is a little more dependable. The solar lights worked a little too good and started right up during the middle of a cloudy day. Hopefully the solar lights don't wear out.Very happy with my purchase and hope to get use out of it once the weather gets nicer!Edit: Found the red on/off switch and don't know how I missed it before! Love it! Lights work great and it actually puts off quite a bit of light at night. Enough to read by but not attract a lot of attention. Umbrella already went through one bad storm folded in and did great! It's also proving to help make a very hot day tolerable while sitting outside. Recommending this umbrella without hesitation!
