Overall happy. Decent quality. Fits as described. My one small complaint is that it is a bit long. Like WAY below the belt. Probably not an issue for those that intend to tuck their shirt in anyway - but for me, not tucking in, it proved to be too long. I still wear it however. At the club... when I want to turn heads... I am not a priest

The sizing is based on neck hole size. Neck fit perfectly but fairly loose and long otherwise. Good quality shirt.

The quality of the shirt is good. I tend to be smaller in stature, so it is not surprising that the arms are too loose. However, the collar is quite tight.

This product fit well for a normal shirt. Unfortunately It doesn't fit well at the neck, which is somewhat crucial for this particular garment. I measured my neck and chose the next largest size(~17.75" so I ordered 18"). When the shirt arrived I attempted to fasten the top button and was met with first resistance, then a sensation of lightheadedness as blood flow was apparently being restricted severely. Long story short go 1 size up from whatever you measure, lest you end up with a shirt that you cannot use for its intended purpose.
