My Natural Good Earth Fairy

I'm just now writing this review even though I purchased this doll close to 1 year ago. When it first arrived, my daughter was terrified of it. She cried whenever I got it out. I'm not sure why. But anyway, she has rediscovered it recently and now it's something she plays with often. I like the size, the feel, and weight of the doll. I also like the muted colors.What I don't like is the hair. There is only one thin row of hair framing the face. The entire back of the doll's head is bald. I've never seen anything like this. It looks unfinished from the back. This design needs improvement. This really cheapens the whole look of the doll, as well as making it not as much fun for my daughter, since the hair is actually her favorite part.

I read the reviews and decided that I had to have this toy for my almost 2 year old daughter. I just received the toy and thought it was very nicely made and beautiful. Though, I read the tag on it and it states, "polyester fiber filled." No where does it state anything to do with "organic cotton." This doll may be nice looking, BUT if I'm going to be dropping as much money as I payed for this, it better be worth it. The description about the doll states,"She`s made of all natural cotton." The only cotton that is on her is the "thread," and that's not even organic cotton. Last time I checked, polyester is no where near a natural material!

The natural materials making up this little Fairy Girl put to rest any worries about very small children kissing or chewing on the toy. It's sturdy without being clunky, and the on-line pictures are excellent representations of the product. I bought for a 14-month-old & there are no issues with any dangerous parts; she's free to love on, pound on, throw, sleep with and generally have good playtime with this doll without any of us grown-ups worrying. A great addition to her imaginative play!

Oh, She is just beautiful! My 3 year old daughter has enjoyed talking and dressing up as a fairy. This beautiful doll is perfect to help with her imaginative play! She is so soft and her clothes are lovely. We like putting her "hair" in pony tails as it's a bit floppy. We love having this Good Earth Fairy in our collection!

This is the fourth Good Earth Fairy I have bought. I have three girls and each one has one. I bought the first three for them for Christmas last year and they are still going strong. They have held up so good and still look very cute. My girls put them on their beds each morning and sleep with them all night.

I bought this for my 2-year old daughter who is obsessed with baby dolls and fairies. I was very pleased with the quality of this doll and it is adorable. The reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because my daughter isn't really interested in this doll. The wings aren't really apparent so she looks like a cute little girl instead of a fairy, but still adorable.

This doll is very precious and so great for the cost. I returned a similar one from a well known catalog that they charged 89.00 for and was not even 1/4 as well made or cute. Highly recommend! I ordered the dark haired one as well for a fairy theme bedroom I made for the granddaughters. They loved them.

These dolls are fantastic. They are my daughters favorite, and we now have four different ones now. The only drawback is that when they are really loved on - they rip. I have sewn lots of holes up in these dolls. But I wouldn't take away from a good recommendation for that reason.
