HARRIS ESSENTIALS WOODWORK GLOSS 5 PAINT BRUSH PACK

I have been pleasantly surprised with these brushes, they do not have to be considered disposable. Due to the quality of them, and most decent retention of bristles when painting, they do clean well in white spirits after use. Using one of these, as an example, to paint for half a day using an oil based paint over stone and brick. The loading of the brush was fine and the smoothness when painting was great. From new, see photo showing brush loaded with read paint, a couple of bristles initially came loose. In use, for the full half day, no more came loose. The handles are most comfortable and the brush, each of the three sizes, fits well without slipping at all in my hand. It cleaned up well, from the deep red paint used, and whilst it seems to have stained the bristles a little it is perfectly fine to be used again with any colour. In fact I used that one later to do a little water based emulsion painting and all went well. Cleaning very easy in warm soapy water. The price of these is most affordable and, so far, the quality has been much better than I expected. This allows them very much to be worth cleaning and reusing again. We have used these brushes now, with both oil and water based paints. Yes, the yare affordable to be single use, but we have continued to wash them after their use and their retained quality of the bristles has been great, noting no bristle loss when in use. The coverage and loading of paint is great. Very much recommended.
