It mainly depends on the type of food, temperature, and your local humidity since water+temp are the main causes of food decay. If you live in a desert such as Arizona with 10% humidity then it might stay good for over 1 month even if it is hot because it is so dry, or if you live in Alaska during the winter where it is -20F then it might stay good all winter at such a low temp even though it is actually fairly humid there, whereas if you live in Hawaii or Florida with 90% to 100% humidity and 90F to 100F temp then it might go bad in 3 days or less. Every food will go bad at a different rate depending on water/temp so you need to know your approx humidity/temp to answer your question more accurately.

No, nor does it contain any other kind of sweetener, just 5 grams of sugar per 1/2 cup serving which is found in the strawberries themselves, strawberries are the ONLY ingredients listed.. (And I believe once rehydrated, that half cup of strawberries is closer to a cup.) Hope this is helpful.
