I love the Belif brand. I've tried several of their products and have had zero irritation to my rosacea-prone skin.I never used to tone my face. It was only when I began a multi-step skincare routine that I considered using a toner. Some of them have exfoliating ingredients and that became too harsh for my skin as I use AHA about once a week and a retinol or retinoid a few times a week, so I wanted a toner that was more moisturizing but still worked to make sure I had all residue off my face before I apply my serums and moisturizer.I cleanse my face in the morning with an oil-based cleanser and at night with a regular facial cleanser. Then I tone.This toner is thicker than most. And you don't need much at all. It glides across my skin smoothly. I use washable cotton rounds that can be reused. I 'squirt' a little onto my cotton pad and gently smooth over my face, throat, and my chest. Sometimes if there is a bit left on the pad, I'll do my hands and forearms too.This comes with a little stopper over the hole - would be great for traveling so it doesn't spill.I ordered this when it was about $24 and that's a good price. I'd have a hard time paying what it's listed for now at $38, but I'd consider it since I do like this toner. And, again, it will last longer since it is so emollient.I let my skin completely absorb the toner and dry before I apply my vitamin C serum.If you have dry skin, this one is a good one to try. If you have oily skin, I am not sure - you may want to try a different toner that is for oily skin.

This is a great product! I use it every morning. It hydrates my face for the day. It's reducing wrinkles too.

I have very dry and sensitive skin, and this toner has truly been a lifesaver. I actually purchased the full Aqua Bomb Hydration set (toner, serum, eye cream, and moisturizer), and it’s made such a difference. I’ve been using this brand for over two years now, and I honestly can’t live without this hydrating toner. I use it twice a day, morning and night, and it keeps my skin feeling soft, soothed, and hydrated all day long! If your skin is dry & sensitive like mine, I highly recommend it!

I have originally bought another moisturizer of this same brand, but I saw this moisturizer had good reviews and decided to try it as well. It was interesting to me that the bottle had on the front, the percentage of moisturizing effect on your skin (22.5% for this one) 🤷🏻‍♀️The size of the bottle was definitely worth the price. ( I got this during the July sale) The consistency of this product is more like a light milky moisturizer. As soon as I tried it, I thought it was too watery and probably was not going to work that well 💸.After spreading it on to my skin, it definitely did the job and coated my skin right away. It also felt light on my skin. Not a very deep moisturizer, but I think it is a good one for those days I don’t feel like using anything too heavy on my skin.

I love this toner a lot! It is not moisturizing enough for me to be used as that alone, however, when combined with my other products on top of it, it works like a charm! It has a light, lemony scent that doesn’t bother me at all. It actually smells quite nice. I also use it as a midday pick-me-up and it gives my face an extra boost of moisture that it just loves! I get a nice glow and my skin looks a lot smoother. The only downside is that it takes a literal month to arrive! So I may order two next time. The bottle is kinda complex, too, but other than that, definitely a staple!

Use it for over half year and always easy to put on face and keep it cool for whole day

This is hands down my favorite toner. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Doesn't dry out my skin, and my face feels hydrated after it dries. Highly recommend this and really the whole line of Belif products.
