ZOYAMini Pro Kit Coat, Assorted,0.25 Fl Oz (Pack of 9)

After years of "regular nail polish" and gel polish abuse to my toenails they got so ugly that I couldn't go without polishing them. It became a vicious cycle of having to use the very thing damaging my nails to cover up the ugly, damaged nails. My toenails look like someone has taken sandpaper to them and scraped off the surface, leaving them dry, white and discolored. I have even lost part of one of my big toenails.In my quest to stop the cycle, I found Zoya and decided to give the mini pro kit a try. Yes, the bottles are small but check out your nail polish supply and tell me if you don't have 20+ half used reg size bottles of polish that are years old. These small bottles are actually the perfect size. I was interested in this product mainly because it is "5 free" but also because it claims to actually improve nail health.I haven't been using this long enough to say that it is improving my nails but I can say that it is doing no further harm to them, at least aesthetically. But I do want to share a few things about this kit:1. There are nine little bottles in this kit and all of them can be used for something different. READ the instruction pamphlet before you begin using so you know the recommended order of what you should use. Example: If you have discolored nails you may want to put a coat of the lavender on after the base coat. Then, hold the colored bottles up to your nails to determine which one best compliments your natural color.2. If you are wanting colored nails, this is not the product for you. This kit is intended to make natural nails look healthy and nice. The colors are transparent when applied but the color you select does make a difference in the outcome of your look. I love the natural look, so this is perfect for me. On my toes, I do a coat of naked base, a coat of satin seal to fill in ridges and uneven areas, a coat of lavender, a coat of the pink/beige, then of the white tip perfector and satin seal. The result are nice, evenly colored, shiny nails. If my toes were in your face, you could still see that they aren't in great shape, but for daily wear no one would ever notice.3. I use Karma Naturals organic oil and lavender polish remover (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G7S424O/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and it works wonderfully to remove this polish.I will continue using this kit until winter, and then I will go completely polish free all winter to try to nurse these piggies back to health. But in the meantime, during sandal season, I am super thankful for this kit. I've even been using it on my fingers. It never seems to chip and really does make my nails look nice.

I was very impressed with the quality of this polish and love that it’s nontoxic. It is quite translucent, more than I thought. With several coats I achieved the shade I wanted.

This is great if you prefer to do your own nails and desire a more natural and subtle look. There are polishes designed to help with discoloration as well. Definitely worth it especially since you save money doing your own nails!

This is a somewhat premature review, as I've only used it once. But... WOW!I love painting my nails, but they stain and yellow easily. I saw this and decided to give it a whirl because I'd sometimes like a more natural look (and clear coated, yellowed nails are definitely not attractive!). I followed the guide (included in the packaging) and used the lavender corrector, topped with the pink. It totally camouflaged the staining. I lightly applied the tip whitener and sealed it with 2 layers of top coat. My nails look amazing!I read the complaints about the white tip and found that if you wipe the brush off in the bottle, and apply it very sparingly (a very thin coat), the result is not so much a "French tip" as it is that of a clean, healthy nail. Friends have said they can't tell the tips are "done."I'll update the review when I've tried more combinations, but this one was a winner for me. I'd definitely say the system is worth the price.

Ya lo he comprado antes, me gusta porque busque siempre un esmalte que no contenga muchos químicos, este contiene 5 químicos menos que los demás y no es probado en animales. Para mi los mini esmalte van súper porque no suelo pintarme siempre. Los amo.

I have been reading up on the new wave in manicures and a lot of salons are going to the non chemical products for nail health as well as all the damage the harsh preservatives do to your natural nail. I got my kit yesterday and just tried a couple of colors to check it out....wow!!!!Most hospitals have banned acrylic nails and now the latest is no more gel nails. Since people do check out your hands and nails, I take great pride in polished, manicured digits. I wore CND shellac nails for years but my nail tech quit and I found myself floating from salon to salon trying to find someone to do my nails halfway descent and keep them healthy at the same time. It wasn't happening. Hence this purchase. I'll just do them myself now and save the money and risk of infection.I strongly recommend this kit for anyone who likes a clean, groomed nail. The colors are interchangeable so there are multiple looks for all occasions. And the best part, it's foolproof as far as smudging and 'keeping in the lines'. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I DO feel like these helped my nails recover from damage from gel nails. So, that's why they get the 3 stars. However, regardless of which top coat I picked, they all turned brown and gross colored within 24 hours. The first time I used it, I was at the beach, so I figured it was an issue with sunscreen or the sand or something. But the following times I tried using it with different top coats, it always turned a funky shade of brown. If I hadn't missed my return window, I would have returned them.
