The product itself seems weirdly sketchy (chalked it up to the lab being run by scientists, not marketers lol) but was easy enough to use. The online part didn't match the test I had (you select the test name, and there wasn't one for the test I bought) so I selected something close. Results came back quickly enough, but really didn't say much more than confirm we all have allergens in our homes. With my partner always feeling so terrible in a certain room, I guess I was expecting something more significant.

I thought I was getting a swab test .this one you have to get a sample from your vacuum. I want to return this kit.

Well priced. Easy to use. Takes awhile to get the report and it is not interpreted.

can,t use with Shark vacs, but used fine with manual hand vac. Now to go for annalysis.

I was actually looking for allergens in some throw pillows and the results I received only pointed old mold findings. These were 10 year old throw pillows, there’s no way there was 0% dust mites in the results. Total waste of money
