No. I doubt that the silicone sleeve is even removable.

Can you take apart the silicone wrap for washing?

The silicone wrap will come off but it fits pretty snug. I honestly haven't removed mine because I'm afraid it will or I won't get it back on. (I just put it as is in the dishwasher)
