Eddie BauerWomen's Charly Waterproof Rain Parka

This jacket is great if you can find one that fits! I'd been searching for months for one without pocket/zipper/hood/seam flaws, and the parka length was crucial to me.I ordered a medium based on all my other outerwear and EB's size chart, but the sleeves hung down over my hands and the hood had a super-long neck and covered my face down to my chin - basically I looked like a kid putting on an adult's jacket. I called Eddie Bauer and asked for the specs on the size small because the medium did fit well on the bust and I was concerned a small would not. After talking to them, they had no specs for this jacket in any size. I've never run into that before with any outerwear company! They recommended trying the size small, which I ordered and kept. It fits perfectly except I cannot layer a thick sweater due to the chest measurement.It's a beautiful style though and seriously waterproof, and it surprised me in how breathable and lightweight it wears since it feels heavy upon arrival. The fabric sounded like it might be noisy but there's been no problem with it. It's beautiful.Eddie Bauer is selling an excellent parka for someone living in the PNW like me, they just need to offer petite sizing because there is a large difference between sizes (not the usual 1-1.5" between sizes as with most companies).It's fantastic if you want the length and style of a non-technical piece, but with the technical specs. I recommend giving it a try and hope EB offers more sizes because it's a standout piece.

This is such great quality. Got it for my fiancee for her birthday and she loves it.
