Great workout
Great addition to the workout routine. My current routine is a workout at the gym and then to use the Powerball when I get home. The concept is a bit strange to get used to, but after a while you forget that you look a bit silly doing it and enjoy trying to get the ball to spin as fast as possible.Shipment was speedy and the product was in perfect condition. The extra thread is a lifesaver as my first one got chewed up pretty quickly. Also, it is just usual thread if any extras are needed.

Fine powerball, shame about the noise.
Its a powerball, if youve had one before you know what you're getting into, and this for the price is an ok example, its a little noisier than usual.Cleared up my RSI in no time, but i think next time ill splash a little cash and try find a quieter one.

Waste of money
Useless waste of money. The pull cord required to start this every time you use it either gets stuck or doesn't get enough grip to gain enough spin. Rubbish.

Mixed feelings
I have instability in my wrists, this was recommended to be by my osteopath. I have only been usung it for a week, the only improvement I saw, was that its not painful to spin anymore and I can spin it for a longer period of time. As for when I do pressups, my wrists still hurt, but maybe I just need to give it more time.

When I bought the Powerball Vortex White, I wondered why there were no reviews... I'm very happy with this Powerball and I use it every day. It is cheaper than similar products and it does a great job. If you have to work lots of hours at a desk/computer, then it helps to relax your cramped hand and it strengthens your wrist and forearm muscles.
