TERRO Ant Killer Plus Multi-Purpose Insect Control, 3 lb Shaker Bag

Last summer we had skunks digging up the yard at night - going after the grub population in our turf. The lawn looked like someone had taken a hand spade to it in patches every morning. This spring we put in fresh plant beds and I started seeing grubs in the soil as I worked. That was enough to get ahead of it. I put down GrubEx about eight weeks ago, watered it in, and let it work. The results have been clear: no skunk damage this season, the lawn is full, and when I dig around the new plants I am not finding the grubs I was seeing in early spring. For a single-application product at this price, that is the result I was hoping for. WHAT WORKS - One application covers 5,000 sq ft for the full season. Cost per square foot is reasonable compared to hiring a lawn treatment company. - Easy to spread with a standard broadcast spreader. Granules are uniform and do not clump. - Visible results within weeks. By week 4 I had stopped seeing fresh skunk damage. By week 8 the lawn had filled in and the new beds are undisturbed. - Set-it-and-forget-it timing. Spring application, done for the season - no follow-up needed. WHAT DOES NOT - You absolutely have to water it in. The instructions say this, but it is worth repeating - if you spread it and skip the watering, you have wasted the bag. Apply right before rain or right before you run sprinklers. - The bag is dusty when you cut it open. Stand upwind and wash your hands before touching your face. Not a deal-breaker, just a heads-up. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone seeing skunk, raccoon, armadillo, or mole damage in their lawn - that is the grub population getting raided - or anyone who has just put down new plant beds and does not want them undermined. If you have no signs of grubs and no animal damage, you probably do not need this yet. Wait until you see the problem. Five stars. Bought it for a specific problem, it solved the specific problem, lawn looks better than last year. Photo of the current state included.

Awesome!! I put some through my yard and directly on ant beds. I sprayed them with the hose right before it was going to rain and by the next couple days the ant hill and ants were gone. I will definitely buy more and would give more stars if it was an option. I also had some fleas and stuff in my backyard due to the grass being high and thick. Cut down the grass and sprinkle and haven't had a problem since

This stuff works super fast and has way more in the bag than I was expecting! It is super easy to use it has a shaker screen in the bag. It took care of all my back yard fire ant mounds!

I have to say, this is probably the least expensive I have found. It is decently effective, but the ants tend to move 10 ft away and start over. So, overall, it works, easy to apply, doesnt smell and does the job most of the time. This has been my go to ant and bug killer

Item works well though it takes over 24 hours to kill the entire ant nests. For some reason they all come out of there nests instead of dying inside yet it works great after using others that kill instantly yet they come back in a few days

Sprayed evenly on top of the ant soil. Rain came and it doesn’t fully do the job. It’s easy to apply with precut holes on the bag which serves as a sprayer.

Works exactly as intended and has been effective for controlling ants. It’s easy to use, not overly messy, and gets the job done. Good value for the money and I’d buy it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This stuff really worked in SoCal (aka basically an ant hill). Better than the sprays we used to use. Super easy to use, too. I applied it everywhere in my yard and driveway, but probably less-liberally than the instructions. It still worked, not an ant in sight two days later.
