I ordered this Cinnabar By Estee Lauder For Women. Eau De Parfum Spray 1.7-Ounceswhile I was reminiscing about days gone by. Cinnabar was the only perfume I wore back in the late '80s, a fragrance I will always hold dear. My old soulmate, who slipped away, had bought it for me from a department store that has since closed down. Recently, while packing, I stumbled upon the perfume he purchased for me. To my surprise, Amazon still stocks it. It's not cheap, but oh, the memories make it worth every penny I have spent. The scent starts off strong and then gently fades over time, yet it lingers until the end of the day. It was the sole fragrance I wore for him, and he adored it. Although it's not cheap and I've never come across a replica, I'll continue to wear it as long as it's available. I just love it

I may have bought this because it was a guy I liked favorite smell. Imagine spending $70 on a perfume when homeboy tells you that he doesn't feel that way about you. Lmao anyways, I digress.The perfume itself is nice. It comes out strong but then slightly faded as time went by, but I could still smell it by the end of the day. Not really my kind of scent but it lasts a long time, way longer than the body mists I typically wear. It's expensive as heck for me and I won't be spending that kind of money on perfume again but if you like the scent and can afford it, it's definitely worth the money.

I have been wearing Cinnabar since the early 1980s, and I love it. The last place we could purchase it locally went out of business so we were delighted to find it here on Amazon. It is the only scent that my husband ever noticed and complimented me on so I use it exclusively though I have tried others before I found it and when we couldn't get it. I am often amazed when men at gatherings or church ask me what I am wearing and comment on how nice it smells. It's not inexpensive and I have never found a "knock off" version, but as long as I can get it I will keep wearing it.

Some people think of Cinnabar as an "old lady" fragrance and yes, it is heady and can be overpowering if you wear too much but if you don't douse yourself in it it is lovely. I have been wearing it in the wintertime, especially for the holiday season, since I was in my mid to late twenties and I am in my forties now. I have gotten countless compliments. I bought this one as a Christmas gift for my stepsister who compliments me everytime I wear it. It is long lasting and you don't need much so a bottle can literally last you ten years (if you are like me and only wear seasonally). I am only on the second bottle I have ever owned and it is just a little under half full. Yet, it still smells as lovely as the day I bought it which was at least 5 to 7 years ago. Amazing fragrance.

Long-lasting scent. With my chemistry, sandalwood, jasmine and patchouli tend to be the notes that linger, and cause people to ask, "What's that you're wearing?"

I use to wear this fragrance a lot. Hard to find in the stores...so happy to see this on Amazon. I love orange and cinnamon scents and this one has it. It stands out from the crowd!

I wore this fragrance many, many years ago when I was in high school, and although it was kind of a heavy scent, I loved wearing it. I was getting nostalgic and started thinking about things I used to love, so I decided to treat myself. Very disappointed; this scent is nothing like I remember; it smells like a cheap drug store imitation. :(

Love the oriental smell it’s getting hard to find some thing like that. It’s just a tad bit strong for me but I’ll wear it anyway just not as much of it. Nice product.
