I use this for breast milk production. It worked for me. I added it to the other 4 supplements I take for breast milk. I did notice in increase in milk production.

This product helps lower blood glucose levels when taken as directed. I would suggest that the capsules are not too big since blood glucose lowering supplements generally require relatively high doses to function as claimed. Accordingly I recommend this product with no reseevations.

Smelled like rotten fish and vinegar when I took out the large wad of cotton in it. Feels dirty. I was looking forward to trying it.. so I waited for about 4 months before having the courage, and the smell was less intense by then. I can't take it, tried for 3 days and each time it hurt badly the same even though I took less each time. Day 1. 4 total. Day 2. 2 total. Day 3. 1 total. No more chances. I been taking just DIM & Milk Thistle supplements now which are 1 per day. Can confirm those did not hurt my stomach at all while I have them instead. Maybe my stomach is just weak, I saw online that Goat's Rue can give stomachache and headache. It might be natural. Though it was a hellish combination with the odor. The headache was a migrane for 8hrs for me.

If I'm diligent and take one after each meal my A1C blood sugar dropped dramatically
