TPA3116D2 TPA3116 XH-M543 Dual Channel Stereo High Power Digital Audio Power Amplifier Board 120W+120W DIY Module

Have used these in several projects recently and the boards and chipset are good for portable speakers and jukebox modifications. Wish they made one without the potentiometer for volume already soldered so remote volume controls are easier to deploy.

This chip has no number. The chip on top is tl074

I connected it to 24 volts and the sound quality and volume were good. Turned it off and back on and it started smoking. The heat sink was loose and barely hanging on. It's outside of the 30 days so I was not able to request a refund.

actual power is 36 watts @4-ohms 24 volts power supply.

Two ordered, two broken on arrival. No way its 120W per channel. It just can't do it. Here is what the chip supports, pasted from the Texas Instruments data sheet for the chip.– 2 × 50 W Into a 4-Ω BTL Load at 21 V(TPA3116D2)

Packs a punch to be so small. Hundreds of uses come to mind

Excelent product.I bought this for two 60W speakers, great for me, this IC is 50Wx2.But; Other people see 120Wx2 and there is the scam.1 star just for this. false description.
