11 months in, leaks from top and has gone rusty. Very disappointed

Nice for the price!
This unit i put in my out door shower at the cabin. Works good. But some info that wasnt told. The LED's have a particular purpose.Blue. Means the water is cold. GREEN means the water is warm. Red means the water is hot. And if the red flashes it means it is too Hot. Also remember that this unit must be installed level. It wont work on showers that are angled! I knocked off 1 star because there is an led out on the red. See picture

Update after my review they send me a brand new one at no cost. Super fast shipping. Will keep you posted. ThanksLove the water flow. Material was solid. Led sights stopped working after 5 months. First it was the middle temp lights. Then the lowest temp lights.

U suspwct I may have a refurbished to at least used one.
Like the large footprint and the LEDs work well. A bit heavy which means I need to get a stronger arm since the existing arm lasted one day now is droopy but that is ok. However the second I got it it had an awful humidity/mildew smell that wouldn't go away. Ran it for almost half hour with 100% hot water and is almost gone. but not quite. The box still stinks (you could tell even before opening). I suspect I may have either a refurbished or at least one someone used and sent back wet and they repackaged with the water inside. If it doesn't correct in a few days I will have to return. A shame because I like everything else....
