I have cubital tunnel syndrome in my right arm, and I really want to avoid surgery if I can. My previous brace, that I got from my doctor, was HUGE. It was like sticking my arm in a giant pillow and trying to sleep. It didn't tighten anywhere, it just relied on its size for staying put. I stopped using it because it always slid off my elbow and down onto my wrist when I fell asleep, and was generally a pain. This brace has a soft sleeve you slide your arm into that helps keep it in place, and then has adjustable velcro straps. The material is very stretchy and forgiving, but stays in place. It also has a plastic rod to keep your arm straight and offer some support. I am very excited to start using this, because I have a feeling it is going to help my pain tremendously.

As a single pretty simple to use once you figure it out. If using for both elbow, you will need assistance as you cannot bend your elbow to get the other one on. Well made and comfortable.

This elbow brace worked wonderful.

Personally, I would never buy this again. This is the most uncomfortable brace. The "support" in the brace is just plastic sticks... which then end up just stabbing my arm all night. Do not buy

This brace is great and stays on while sleeping and really helps with my elbow pain. Lots of reviews note that the brace won't stay on while in bed. If you have an issue with that, the included strap really helps to keep it on. I appreciate that there is no strong rubber/chemical smell.

Was unable to find a full support immobilizer so ordered this It's comfortable. Only three velcro straps and adjustable if need to tighten after its been on a while. However, it does not have enough length to totally or even almost totally immobilize the elbow and the stretch of the fabric allowed too much movement.Note that this was wanted to be an immobilizer for OT therapy after a stroke, and this is not meant for that purpose, so may have been asking too much.
