Versatile , Secure , Easy to Install
Arrived in a timely manner. Installed on my vehicles factory roof carrier in seconds. Very strong secure, and well designed. My disc break bike fit perfectly with plenty of room for different tire widths... The integrated lock system keeps it secure to the rack without fear of theft. Other racks are not so secure.

The Rhino bike rack is very nice. It holds the bike on securely and locks easily. The parts are solid and of good quality. The dual strapI had tried a less expensive bike rack, but it was flimsy and I was not comfortable taking my bike on long trips with the other rack.I like the way the Rhino rack looks on the roof rack; it is very stylish and sleek!

Works as advertised.
I would have easily given this a 5 star rating but unfortunately, it was delivered with a small dent/chip on the tray. The box itself looked as if it had been returned because it was taped up sloppily to keep the box from opening. Luckily, no parts were missing and installing it took less than 10 mins.

Good sturdy bike rack.
Product seems sturdy in design and well manufactured. I have not been able to mountin on my vehicle yet but it appears to be a good fit. Of note, the locking mechanism for the fork seems negligable due to the fact that you can just unscrew it, even when locked, but mounting it on the vehicle might prevent this from occuring.

Nice product.
If you're looking for a fork mount bike rack I'd take this any day. Locking mechanism. Easy to use. Just make sure to oil the locking bar and key holes every once in a while if you leave it attached all the time.

Ahhhh! Great rack. Simple elegance.
Great rack. Simple and solid. Have had both Thule and Yakima on different vehicles and prefer this one. Do wish keys on different locks matched.

Poor Quality and Service
The skewer that came with the rack was bent, I called customer service and the man was immediately confrontational saying that "people often bend them because they think it needs to be too tight" before I was able to politely explain my situation....this is likely my last purchase from Rhino Rack.

Broken packaging (twice!!!)
Product is great. However, I ordered 2 of these bike rack on two separate orders and both times the packaging arrived in a very bad condition. second time, one part of the rack was broken I had to ruturn it.I don't think it's only due to transportation....
