I love this lamp
I got this lamp for my sitting room to have more light then the 1 i've had for years & the crystals look like glass but safer to dust & keep clean being plastic even though there plastic & would of cost lots more. My only problem & i'm fumming i heard a knock out back of my bungalow thank god i was in & tv off. I went to kitchen window saw man climbing back out over 7ft cast iron wall. I wasn't happy with it left on ground in deep snow & being electric. I'm disabled & struggled to bring it in porch cause couldn't lift off floor. Box was open on side that was on pavement so could of got damp. If i hadn't heard the kwick short knock on back door that i never use i wouldn't of known until next day so would of been left in snow & hail stones & rain for 24hrs cause wasn't told had been delivered & could of been stolen over night. It had a much later date to come aswell. Apart from that i love it

Disappointed
Disappointed it doesn’t look as good as I’d hoped and getting it out of the packaging was an absolute nightmare. The polystyrene balls literally exploded. Took me an hour to open and clear up

Great lamp
lovely elegant lamp, the customer service is fantastic as this didn't arrive on time or my order was lost and I got one delivered within a few days tracked, fo round recommend. Easy uo install, you just have to pull the black wire if its loose in the silver tubes xx
