I needed this multitool.
It is small just as I needed one and very handy for opening things that say open here but do not open here. Also great for picking up very small items.

Mini multitool
Small with better than nothing blades and tools. The pliers are good and cut copper wire ok. I just bought a SOG minitool the power pint and for the price this is the one if you plan to carry it. A little more money but this is a great tool. This multi tool is ok if you want to throw it in the car for folding pliers and the knife blade and can opener are functional once sharpen up.

It's worth what I paid.
I'm giving it 5 stars based on its price versus its value. It's really useful for small tasks that put too much stress on the plastic (mostly) handles. It's great for fishing.
