The media could not be loaded.  It’s tasteless and mixes well in my morning coffee. I do take one scoop but have noticed that my joints are not as achy as before and my skin has improved so I’m happy with the results and will continue taking it. I did notice that one of the other ingredients is silica and it also has milk so will not be appropriate for the lactose intolerant

Am having hair fall problem and after using this product for one week now, I can see the improvement- less hair fall and I can also notice the difference in my skin tone. I will definitely buy this product again.

I was looking for a no-frills, affordable collagen supplement and was thrilled to have found this. Unfortunately (and this is on me for not doing the research), I'm going to have to stop taking it because of the "Beauty Oligo". This is a galactooligosaccharide, which is part of the spectrum of fermentable sugars associated with intolerances (aka FODMAPs). And it looks like I'm part of the population that's sensitive to it (bloating, discomfort, etc.).I bought 4 of these on sale thinking I was being smart because I knew I'd have to give it a few months to truly see any benefits, but it looks like the joke's on me.It's hard to rate fairly because I haven't been able to give it enough time to see results, but I'm not going to continue suffering intestinal discomfort for vanity's sake. Anyway, do your research and make sure you know what your body may react unkindly to.

Love this stuff!! I’ve been taking it for 15 weeks now and have clearer skin because of it. I have bad hormonal acne that I wasn’t able to do much about. I put 2 scoops in my morning coffee every day. It’s not gritty, very silky and makes my coffee creamier. It’s flavorless so I’d definitely recommend it in a smoothie too.

I use this daily, there is no bad taste so it’s easy to add to my smoothies or yogurt without it making it taste bad. Couldn’t complain great product!

I put this in my coffee, EVERY SINGLE MORNING! And I have seen an improvement in my skin, more than my hair, but still! It made my skin so soft and clear, and I really wasnt expecting it! Will definitely repurchase.
