Do they have a years shelf life/use by?

I have used the last lot up over 2 years no problem

I've checked the label & the gelatin of the shell is made from beef. So sorry iy won't be vegan.

The Amazon headline says "cold pressed" but does it actually say cold pressed on the packaging label?
