Finally clear nose
This thing really works well. I've been trying to use NeilMed squeezy bottles and the neti pots for years and have been just convinced my nose cannot be irrigated. Nope, turns out I just needed a machine to help.

I've bought 3 of these over the past couple years
I have bought three of the Sinugators over the past 3 years. There is a good and bad reason for this. The GOOD reason being that this is the best portable sinus rinse device on the market. Waterpik used to make an awesome device but they discontinued it a couple years ago due to customer complaints. I now use the NeilMed Sinugator at least once a day and I believe it has been the main reason I haven't had the cold of flu for the past 3 years. It's an amazing feeling being able to breath freely without any obstruction. When I mentioned to my doctor that I use a sinus rinse daily he was quick to comment how it is more effective than antibiotics for most people. The Sinugator is quick and easy to use, and your sinus passageways are flushed out in 30 seconds or less. I think the idea of using a neti pot is ridiculous after using an electric device such as the Sinugator.Ok, now the BAD reason why I've purchased three of these. As other reviewers have noted, this device has the tendency to stop working after a few weeks or months. I believe my second one stopped working after 30 - 45 days. The good news is that you can fix this by removing 3 screws and pulling the guts out of the device. The metal trigger piece which has a copper connector has a tendency of corroding. This would not happen if they used a gold connector (shame on them). I personally use a small piece of fine sandpaper to clean off the corrosion and then I place a drop of oil on the connector. I'm not sure how long the layer of oil lasts, but I'd like to believe that it helps to prolong the need for another cleaning. I've had to disassemble these devices several times each over the past 3 years. In the end it is worth all the trouble. I've attached a photo of what the inside device looks like. Why 5 stars then if this device has a design flaw? Well, I personally believe that it would be hypocritical to give it less than 5 stars after buying several of them. I will probably order it again in the future unless another company comes out with something better.

UPDATED:(Craps out after a year)
I liked it while it worked, but it crapped out just shy of one week from the one year use mark. Hoping the 5 year warranty will allow for a replacement.Contacted support and let them know that it malfunctioned after a year and inquired about the 5 year warranty. They are shipping me out a new one at no cost! Be sure to keep the bottom of your box as they asked me for batch number and I had unfortunately already thrown away the box. What I noticed was maybe the salt of the solution caused errosion of the internal metal/battery compartment or other components, as the plastic around the nozzle was found to be slowly cracking which indicated "stress" on the material to me. The top irrigation button seemed to be jammed, maybe due to errosion or calcium/salt buildup around the mechanism. I replaced the batteries and still no go. So it was something faulty within the product, as I don't think it likes the salt solution.I LOVE NeilMeds xylitol mix and highly recommend! I use their salt too, but the xylitol is my favorite for irrigation!

Does the job on my nose better than Navage, as less cost.
Works well enough, less intrusive than the Navage, which I had used for 4+ years. Sinugator gets my nostrils rinsed out without pushing saline solution deeper into the skull. So there less dribbling after clearing the schnozzle. The instructions packed with the unit are in tiny print; I recommend reviewing YouTube videos on the Sinugator before buying or using. Effective at 1/3 the price of Navage. One bit of confusion. The box says (in small red letters) that is has a 3-year warranty, but the maker says it has a 5-year warranty. I got that answer when I could not find a place on their web site to register for the 3-year warranty. Hope they understand medicine better than product support.
