I tried and sent back various Bluetooth headsets. I use mine intensively for call centre-based work from home and in an office. This is worth the money (the charging stand is a must if you work from home). The cheap headsets are a case of getting what you pay for. Audio is great, and connectivity is great. Noise cancellation is hit and miss, it couldn't hold up in an environment where other users surrounded me so not perfect, but overall, I fully recommend this headset. It now duals for gaming, and its ideal with mic up/down for muting and also gives double connectivity so can be on my work and gaming pcs at once. Dislikes; the price...but the 2 year warranty more than makes up for it.

Really good quality headset, the stand is excellent and charges the device as long as you remember to put it back, the software is really easy to use and manage the headset, it has multiple connectivity options (I have it connected to my iphone and computer so that I can take calls in either device easily hands free) The battery life is very good, I dont have any problems doing a full working day on the device with small charges between meetings and work, the headset is well built and comfortable to use for a long meeting or call the software is regularly updated and automatically updates itself if you want. The stand is very stylish and looks good as well as being practical, it doesnt slide around or move on my desk and takes up a minimal amount of space, its useful if you can to plug the dongle in where you can see it as it has a coloured LED on it that gives you info about the connection it is currently using.

It is not noise cancelling, but manual noise reduction simply by pressing against your ears. Apart from the misleading description there is one more issue, it sits on your ears rather than in or around so just relies on pressure to fit, so sometimes it can slide off, so only office use, don‘t go out or do gym work with it, but it’s not designed for that. Good bits, it works really well, clear sound and good mic. MIC up mutes and syncs well with teams. If you buy it, think first what kind of dongle you want.

These are expensive, especially if factoring in the cradle, BUT IMHO entirely worth the cost. I’d like me a lot of your online presence involves team meetings or phone calls, this headset really is worth it’s weight in gold. The freedom to be able to walk around the house pretty much in its entirety is fantastic. The battery really does cover the whole week working 40 hours. The mic is extremely sensitive, but having the mute button on the headset is extremely handy. The one downside is the mic isn’t very adjustable and can sit a bit close to your cheek, would be better if it was one of those adjustable telescopic affairs but that’s the only downside. Regarding the stand, it is simply a charging stand. I was hoping it would act as a Bluetooth broadcast and replace the need for the dongle but it doesn’t. Call quality, general media quality sound is next to nothing, excellent comfort also. Highly recommended

Great headset, lightweight and easy to use. Sync's to a phone and computer so no need to disconnect and reconnect each time you want to use a TEAMS meeting or a phone call. Find the headset slides off my head occasionally, but it is so comfortable, that this is only a minor thing. Charges quickly and the headset stays charged for a long period of time, even with regular use.

Great item long battery life, excellent quality audio

My second jabra headset and this also had terrible quality control. The headset is good, pairing to multiple devices allows for spotify on your phone and Teams on your PC. Battery life is exceptional. Really really good. The biggest issue is quality control. These headsets just don't last. Mine would lock up (dropping the call when it did so) and require a full power cycle or a factory re-set each time to fix. It then started dropping the connection requiring me to be within around 20-30cm of the phone/receiver. At that point it went back.... Jabra sort yourselves out!

As the title says - A lot of my colleagues have this headset and are very happy with it but I have a large head and it didn't sit comfortably on my head and had to return it.

おそらく通常の納品で1台の端末で使用するだけならトラブルは起こりにくいと思いますがトラブル時に自分でいろいろ調べて対応しなければならないので初心者の方には親切な商品ではありません（マニュアル等が付属していない）。 こちらに届いた商品では本来されているはずのペアリングがされていなかったのでセッティングに苦労しました（本来であればPCにUSBレシーバをセットして電源ONですぐ使用できる）。マニュアルが付属しておらずインターネットで検索してデバイスの再設定などからすべてやり直しました。 また複数台のPCで使用していると自動切換えがされて大変便利ですが、ある日突然USBドングル側で音が出なくなるなどのトラブルもありました。Bluetooth接続側で[JabraEvolve2 65 Streo]を選択していれば問題ないですが、[JabraEvolve2 65 Hands-Free AG Audio]を選択するとUSBドングル側のPCでは接続されているのに音が出ないという状態になります（これに気が付かないで時間がかかりました） ※現在、Bluetooth接続1台、USBドングル×USB切替機利用で3台のPCで利用しています。 スマホとのBluetooth接続もできるようですがスマホ利用はまだしておりません。

Product is advertised that it has noise cancellation feature However when using it seems that there is no option for noise cancellation at all !
