Anti Snore Ring Stop Snoring Acupressure Snore Ring Natural Sleep Aid Black (L)

Like most middle aged men I get in trouble for snoring, so I snapped up a few items on amazon to try and help, tried this ring first and I thought well it probably won't work but it's cheap do why not. It arrived with no instructions so just put it on as per the photo on the listing and we'll, it hasn't stopped me snoring but the woman tells me I'm snoring quieter so I'm counting that as a win

I live alone, but am aware that I am given to snoring. Out of respect to my neighbours, I have tried this ring.Most of the time, I awaken suitably refreshed, and without a mouth like a Pharaoh's sock. I can only conclude that it works to some extent, but how much, I am not able to quantify.For a few quid, you can't really go wrong.

Comfortable and easy to use but wasn’t as effective for us as some reviews had claimed. I think it’s each to there own though

Does not help me with snoring, after wearing it all night and also again following night, I felt very queasy it did stop about 10/20 minutes after taking the ring off. I don't know if the ring caused the queasiness and might be a coincidence.

We’re only one day in but it made a noticeable difference. Whilst my husband still snored a little it was a much more gentle snore & less often & even on his back it was not anywhere near as loud or bad as usual. Certainly would recommend if you or your partner have a very loud snore. His breathing also seemed better.

Still early days, really didnt expect it to work but my husband has worn it for 5 nights now and each night I have not needed to punch him, his gigantic rumble had reduce down to a slight breeze, dont get me wrong there is still a slight snore as he is drifting off but its for about 2 minutes, I can get to sleep on it and I have slept through the night for the past 4 nights. We are going to put it to the test this weekend as I will let him have a night off but if he rumbles again then its proven to work

This did not stop my wife punching me in the night because of the snoring
