I have no idea if these are doing anything for me, but I enjoy taking them. Great flavor! Not terribly hard to chew either. Sometimes I prefer to let it just dissolve in my mouth to enjoy the flavor, the chew it.

Great value for the price. Texture is good, not chalky or too sweet. I've been adding a zinc supplement daily and my local grocery store was always out of stock of any kind of zinc. I'm liking this one.
