Very fibrous and too bad. The finish has a very strong odor.I'll let it flow in salted water for a night, that should make it useable.Good product overall, but you have to work on it a bit before you can start using it.UPDATE: the smell of the burnt in rancid oil do not want to go away, I could not recommend it.

Buon prodotto per cucinare, grande per posata da pranzo/cena
L’avevo acquistata come posata da tavola dopo aver danneggiato un dente con una forchetta metallica, purtroppo le dimensioni sono più per cucinare, è comunque ottima per questo scopo!Se la usare per cucinare (anche cibi molto caldi), primi, secondi, insalatone, è perfetta, quindi consiglio.
