Great product Good for my son who’s on the autistic spectrum

This product has truly changed my life for better! As I suffer from ulcerative colitis and am lactose intolerant meal times can be a rollercoaster. Since I’ve been taking this (15-20mins before each meal) my stomach doesn’t seem to react badly to anything I eat. I even manage to eat some dairy every now and then and not have any symptoms. It is bit pricey but for what it does for me I don’t mind spending the money. I have just ordered my second bottle.

I ordered this product after having been muscle tested for it during a Systematic Kinesiology appointment in order to treat my leaky gut. I was recommended by the SK practitioner to take a much higher dosage due to my body's strong response towards it. Despite what it advises on the label, I was taking 10ml 5 times a day. I had also suffered food intolerances, extreme abdominal weakness, bloatedness, brain fog, emotional turbulence amongst other symptoms such as a recurring sinus infection for months straight which kept me jolting up out of my sleep every night from not being able to breathe! 2 weeks later (as well as eating a mostly strict GAPS diet), I can attest that the symptoms listed above have subsided greatly. I still have the reoccurring sinusitis but I am actually able to sleep at night without the trauma of bolting up every couple of hours. I also had the valve between my small and large intestines unblocked during the SK session which would have contributed to this also. With this productI have definitely not needed to take extra probiotic supplements of digestive enzymes as I was doing before. Have tried lots of other products before throughout about 8 years of IBS/Leaky gut and nothing has worked this quickly, and without any undesired bulking agents, preservatives or other nasties. So happy I went in for that appointment! Will keep taking this product for as long as I'm advised to and will definitely recommend 👍🏽

I really hoped this product will help my digestion but couldn't find any visible results since I take it for almost 5 weeks now. I have big respect to creater of the product and decide to buy it regardless the high price.

This should be given by NHS. It’s helped me get rid of a problem I had with h pylori stomach bug. The doctor (nurse actually as the doctors are to busy) wanted to ply me with tablets. Did some research into gut health came across this on podcast after listening to Zach Bush. starting taking it and never felt better. Stomach problem cleared up and general/mental health better. Combining it with getting outside reconnecting with nature, breathing better. Thanks for this Zach you’ve changed a life. I’m now looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle, already enjoyed growing my own food on allotment and now fermenting and storing healthy gut foods. This is my second time trying Ion biome. Best believe I’m a massive supporter of Zach Bush. But this is also the second time where this product has caused me chronic diarrhea, terrible gas and nausea. Every time I start it I get these symptoms and when I stop it, my gut bounces back. I gave it an honest try but if it’s been a few weeks and you’re having bad GIT symptoms don’t tough it out! I don’t know why my gut reacted this way…and I eat extremely clean. but I will no longer be using this product. I’m glad it’s worked for others though.

It helps me alot that it was difficult to go to toilet that i go to toilet once in ten days .. it helps me alot . I di highly recommended it..

Do not waste your $ its useless.

I have added this supplement to my daily requirements and will NEVER stop taking it. I ran out and all the acid reflux, constipation, brain fog, food allergies (even pet allergies), and digestion issues returned. Like so many things - you never know how much it is helping you until you stop taking it. This is a required staple of digestion in our world of processed and GMO foods. We can't get away from it. We need something we can include that helps us feel like we were supposed to feel before industry took over. A few things - give it some time. The first few days / weeks are up and down. You MUST learn to take the right amount. More is NOT better. Gas is a real thing. The acid reflux will move down to your lower intestine and gas and distension will happen, especially if you take too much. You MUST take it multiple times a day. Sometimes I take it only twice a day and it is about 1/2 as effective. Three times a day is optimal for me and I feel "perfect" (like my 50 year old body works like a kid's body to process food). You MUST NOT double up when you miss a dose. I have done this more than once. Then I'm not sure if I took it or took enough, so I take more. Then - the gas gut sets in. Manage timing and quantity and you will find this stuff is amazing. The key is consistency. For me - that was hard. I would LOVE to take one pill a day that fixes things. But - this stuff adds into the mix of food all day long and makes your gut work better.
