This has been by far the worst camera dealing with zooming. I purchased this for my 14 year old tea record the band and he was unable to do so due to COVID-19 until lately and the zoom is horrible. It is too late to return the camera because I purchased it months ago but it is a waste of my hard earned money. If you’re looking to record videos I need to use your distance with this camera, don’t waste your money.

I never could get this camera to read the SD card and it has no internal storage so you can't use it unless you can get it to read the SD card. Very disappointed.

I earlier reported the boom mic did not work as my son tried many times and I took him for his word. The plastic wrapper was still on the battery and he did not realize it. The remote still does not work. I will buy a new battery to retry it. I was going to return but now the boom mic is working I will keep it now and will try to cancel my refund request. I guess if I don’t mail back it will cancel it’s self.

The media could not be loaded.  it has great quality 4k is very iffy but 2.7k work great!note: that is not the clips falt it was amazons rendering of the video.

Basic feature are fine. But 3/4 ratio is an old thing.

Bought for church Live video because of corona virus... kind of complicated to stream on Facebook but has good quality video and sound
