The following review is based on my own personal experience and I'm stating my personal opinion on this product.The other reviewer is spot on that said this stuff smells awful. It smells like it was processed with ammonia.Generally if a product smells awful its a good idea to steer clear. I ended up buying a pure shilajit resin here on Amazon with great reviews that came in a glass container and had some serving paddles with it for $20. It was packaged amazingly and had documentation and serving recommendations. The resin is very pleasant tasting and smelling so I'm not sure what they did to this allegedly freeze dried product but I'd be willing to be there's very little real shilajit left or it was harvested from something else you'd never want to eat...

Smells like manure. Will not be even trying this. information about Shilajit and found that powder form is not pure and usually made with manure. Guess that may be where the smellIs from. Even the container form are not pure. Good Shilajit should come as a substance with a consistancy like gum. Read more
