The media could not be loaded.  I can’t give 5 stars yet as we’ve only had it on Missy the cat once.It arrived very quickly but for the first week we just left it around the house, next to her food bowl, in her bed etc. I held it near her when she was sat on my knee and used it to pet her especially around the head so it smelled of her. I fastened and unfastened it slowly to get her used to the sound of the Velcro.Then last night we tried it.I followed the advice and fed her spoons of meat during the process.I got her neck in first, as soon as she reacted I stopped and gave her more food, whilst she was again occupied I fastened the body part, this time she didn’t react.Until she’d stopped eating then what ensued was quite hilarious.As described she immediately went into a ‘omg my legs won’t work’ flip on the ground.Had a sniff at it, rolled around a fair bit.As shown in the video above!After about 10-15 mins she’d worked out how to move her legs and quite happily wandered around etc.I left the lead attached and she was quite happy, even fell asleep in it.It felt secure and didn’t seem to restrict her in anyway.I bought small for a 6mth old female and I think it will last a while with adjusting.

This XS harness has done an excellent job for our kitten! He's growing out of it now (6 months) so we'll invest in a new one soon, but he's had some lovely times exploring the garden and beyond with us. We live on a busy road so it's been great to allow him outside in some capacity. The harness is sturdy, cute, and comfy. He can't get out of it and honestly hasn't tried to since the first few days of wear. We trained him to wear it in the house first for a couple of hours at a time so he could find his balance!

I'm not sure any harness is escape proof but keep the cat moving forward with you behind holding the leash and it works. They can back themselves out of it if you're holdng the leash in front of them and it pulls tight. That said, good product, sturdy, easy to put on and take off.

My kitten is 14 weeks old and this fits perfectly!I had tried a different style of harness first but it didn't feel super secure. This fits really well, my cat can't sneak out of it and it doesn't seem to impede her movements. She does sometimes flop and refuse to move but that's pretty normal with harness training and the speed and confidence with which she moves when offered a treat proves it can't be affecting her movement.It looks really nice and is well madeMy cat sits on it and meows to request I put it on her whennshe wants to go out so she seems to like it!

I brought this for my cat and yes it pretty and look lovely but I have only given this 3 stars because the velcro that holds it together underneath the cat has worn out pretty quickly only after a couple of uses I have managed to fix this by switching in a button hole to be more secure . Overall a good buy for the occasional use not for everyday use

Ordered a size Medium for a 3 year old small cat. This harness is great for a cat that likes to riggle out of there harness, this is thick, sturdy and holds in a great place. The only problem would be that the strap that goes around the cats neck is very thick which makes it difficult for her to look down/eat therefor it could be uncomfortable, apart from that this harness is amazing, it also looks adorable! 10/10

It's pretty stiff but otherwise nice. My cat hates it but that goes for most things. It does the job! She can't run away with this on, mostly because she sits down in protest whenever she has it. I'm sure if you get your cat used to it they'll accept it.
