I am not wearing this to fend off a virus or to pretend like I'm protecting someone else. That's what I have - and wear - real masks for. Rather it's to ride bikes in the mornings when its cooler and damp out. Not sure how these cool you, but maybe it works for some.

I needed a mask that I could wear for ~8 hours for an exam. I've been mostly using surgical masks that I've gotten from work or thicker cotton masks for the pandemic/safety but I needed one that was the opposite of all that. I was a little worried this mask wouldn't stay on since it's just one size/stretch but it fit perfectly fine and is very comfortable and lightweight! I can definitely breathe through it so if you're using this to block respiratory droplets from yourself, i wouldn't say it's super effective. If you're using it for that... well it has SOME use, considering it's still a physical barrier. Also a good purchase for if it gets windy and you need a windbreaker for your face!

I purchased this neck gaiter to wear as sun, wind, and bug protection when riding my motorcycles. It also makes a comfortable layer between my neck and collar of my riding jackets and provides great neck protection between my jacket collar and base of my helmet.I have worn it in very hot weather and it is extremely comfortable. The fabric feels cool so the skin. I liked the first gaiter I purchased so much I bought a second one so I would have a change when the first one is in the laundry. BTW, it launders nicely on delicate cycle and low temp dryer settings.Great product!

I do not like wearing a mask, but these days it's required to enter some places. I had been using the disposable masks with elastic loops over the ears and I really despised them. The gaiter can be worn around the neck and raised an lowered as required and it can be machine washed. If I had a choice I would prefer one with a little less top to bottom length.

Let's get straight to the point. This won't offer any real covid protection. It's very thin and light weight. Also beware most places are not not even allowing gaiters now as approved face coveringsThis seems fine for blocking sun though. It is breathable.

Paid a little more than the deals you see frequently but wanted something with true lightweight material and sun protection and this is great. Went on a long hike today in 90F degree heat and forgot I even had it on. Now it’s not rigid and going to cover your full neck just by putting it on- none do that- but covers amply and is comfortable to pull up to your chin or further if desired.

I was so happy with this product when I opened the box! It is super soft and light weight. I was looking for a neck scarf to use as a face mask as I wanted something I could keep around my neck instead of taking a face mask on and off all the time. This is light weight and very breathable. I highly recommend this product!
